my baby is having fever up and down from last 2 days, I'm giving P125, soon after having it fever decreases and after few hours observed fever coming back. what to do??

A. you can continue to give paracetamol for next one day but after that also if the fever continues kindly meet your doctor for examination of the child to rule out any other bacterial infection
