Q.

baby fever goes up and down from 104 after giving crocin it's down after 3 to 4 hours fever goes up

A. That’s very normal but if the fever doesn’t subside within maximum 72 hours of continuous medication which you can give every six hours to the child then it is not a normal fever in that case I would recommend you to kindly visit Dr for further assistance and medicine to be given to the child
