Q.
My baby is having fever since 6 day. But on 6th day fever came twice only. Once subsides itself second time medicine was required as it was 101. He got swollen gums due to viral as well. Should i see pediatrician soon? Or wait for 7 days?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 weeks agoA. if the frequency of the fever spike is reducing then it is fine. you may wait for a couple of days. keep a watch on your childs body temp and act accordingly.

If the fever is reducing like this that means the temperature is going down which is a good sign in the in a way that fever is only coming once or twice so continue with the medication if the child doesn’t get better then you can consult the doctor and swelling in the gums is there so also check with your doctor once
