my baby is having fever for past two days.. how many days I need to give paracetamol

A. Despite of giving paracetamol every six hours if the fever doesn’t subside in the maximum time of 72 hours in that case I would recommend to kindly consult your doctor for further assistance as then it is not a regular fever
