Q.
My baby is having constipation since 1 month .tried many medicines but not getting relief from it. Please suggest me some permanent solution of it .she is unable to pass the stool everyday and needs lots of pressure to pass the stool

PRUNE juice is very good to be given to the child you can give every night before your child goes to sleep and apply castor oil in the navel of your child just a drop or so make sure to include varieties of fibres and fluids into the diet start the day with a glass of warm water and hopefully everything goes good then this is going to be good for permanent relief
