Hello my nephew is 3 year old and he is facing constipation problem from last six months.. we have tried everything from medicines to ayurvedic medicine to Home remedies still he is not getting relief from his constipation... any suggestions for him how should we get it treated??

A. good morning it is available to give about 20 pieces of munakka which have been soaked in water overnight to your child everyday in the morning on an empty stomach to make sure that is no problem
