my baby is having cold with sound while breathing and mild cough. which drops should I give him.

A. in such a situation a medical examination will be required but if the respiratory rate of the child is less than 60 then it is simple respiratory sounds and if it is more than 60 then you have to rule out congestion in the chest of the child as well as breathing difficulty
