my baby is having cold and cough doctor prescribed us syrup of cetirizine hydrochloride and ambroxol hydrochloride ( relent +) earlier now we came to another place here doctor prescribed us chlorpheniramine maleate syrup please suggest us which one is good for instant relief ? are both for cold and cough or it's only for cold what do I need to do to reduce cough?

A. one syrup is for cold one syrup used for cough better to consult one pediatrician take appropriate medicine Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also
