my baby is going to complete six months what should I do for his healthy diet

A. Dear parent, after completing 6 months, you can begin with foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
