my baby is going to complete one year by this month last. can i switch to cow milk? if can, what is the proportion should I give her?

A. Yes after the age of one year you can go ahead with that Shun take about 80% of milk and 20% of water to begin with and start with a minimum amount of say about hundred ML and see if your child is able to digest Da milk
