Q.
my baby is going to complete his 5 months in one week.From morning his body is heat 4 am the temp is 99 now it is 100 is there any problem

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 ghdegree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
