my baby is becoming Tan small small pimples are there on her face. more siliva is coming. is it normal for babies?

Saliva is coming due to teething. This is normal.
Small pimples on face can be due to heat and sweating. Apply himalya calamine lotion on the face to get relief..
As the skin is getting tanned, apply moisturiser on the face after u give bath to ur baby. Use #Babyhug daily face and body moisturising lotion to make skin healthy and glowing skin
