There are many small pimples on my daughter's face. is any home remedy possible

avoid heavy or extra moisturizing creams, Vaseline on skin n excess sun exposure .
keep good hygiene.

it could be allergical reaction to cosmetic,food ,heat , sweating or Infection
so please avoid using any cosmetics.
keep your child well hydrated
choose Cotton clothes for your child
apply thin layer of Cetaphil lotion or try cool pack on this.
