my baby is about 13 months old .he doesn't eat any kind of solids aur semi solids from past 10 days and acts vomit 🤮 even he doesn't swallow a single bite he only drinks milk what should I do ?? although he seems to be weak ..

A. Hello mom either his tummy is not fine - check his stool output and the other can most probably be that it’s a tantrum - to just have milk . You can also rule out by.observing if he is teething as well as that also is quite common to cause loss of appetite
