Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it may be block lacrimal.duct just massage around eyes. No need to worry for the same as it looks normal and physiological for all . If the condition persist then medication or any treatment can be done after consulting a doctor

dear it may be because of cold or allergies as wind dust or else
visit the doctor and any eye drops on prescription only
maintain hygiene
give cold compress
