my baby is 9 month old now when he was 4 months old my milk supply complete stop try some lactation powder but didn't get any result. At that time my breast size is 38+ and not able to reduce this. how can I reduce this

If your size didn’t reduce in last five months I think it would be difficult but yes if you want you can look for some exercises online if it helps in or typing up your breast and Flat will reduce eventually then the size can reduce because what happens it is not necessary that has gone up too much in the back area of the child which is my size looks more up reduce down that area totally by workout
