my baby is 8 months old he is pooping very tight what I have to do

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 Year agoA. hello this can be due to the constipatoon problem so make sure to give baby water well after every solid and also u should be giving child fruuts especially bamana and papaya which can help baby get releif from the constipation problem and any concern u can check with your doctor
