My baby girl stomach is very tight and swelling, smelly pooping also so what to do? She is 25 days old

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctorgi so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
