my baby is 8 month 4 days but she cannot crawl till now and also have suffer from cold in an every month what should I do i am worried for her .

regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations.
many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections.
it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever before 5 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will go away.
get the child vaccinated for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasing this problem
 crawling can start anytime around 6 modnths of age. but many times itd may come to the child by 12 months of age also. if the child is not having any other complaints no need to worry. it is advisable not to use walker and let the child play and make attempts on its own.
give regular baby massage and diet and encouragement
