my baby is 7month old now . what should I start , in his deit? he is getting weak soon. like cold, cough. he is can't able to sit without support,is there is any problem)

For good growth of weight and height and good skin and hair growth along with for immunity a balanced diet containing of green vegetable and fruits and all type of cereal and some protein like egg or paneer is given . Protein powder like pediasure after 2 yr of age only with milk
