My baby is 7 months old....sugar ke alternative me ...me jaggery powder de dete hu...apne baby ko but vo dal Kichidi nhi khata namak ka kuch alternative ho skta hai kya plz btaye

the taste for sugar and salt are developed
the recommendations now are to avoid giving both salt and sugar even jaggery till 12 months

There is no alternative to salt but yes at the same time I could recommend it to use salt for the child I have used it from the very beginning into the meal of my child because my doctor advised me to and I never faced the problems and that way I would suggest you to use salt into the food or child would love to eat what your offer
