my baby is 7 months old, mera c section hua hai, mera back bahut pain hotahai, I can't even sleep properly

It’s very common after C-section. In such case the only solution is you should add more iron and multivitamin supplements in your regular diet plan it will help. Rather than this you should start taking a massage with coconut oil. It will give strength to muscles and bones.
