Q.
my baby is 7 month old=...is it right time to introduce chicken, egg n citrus fruits to her diet n how???

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom citrus fruits can be given to the baby , but for non veg and egg can be introduced from 8 month onwards as by then they would get used to some weaning foods . And remember to only prefer egg yolk as whole eggs can be introduced from 1 year of age onwards
