hi mam how to introduce fruits n vegetables to 7 months baby?

Oh well with the fruits you just have to make a purée out of them or you can give it in the form of milkshakes and smoothies with vegetables you have to steam them boil them properly then you just have to make a Puri which is more of liquid to semi liquid that you can offer
