my baby is 6m2wk old.. what is the right time to start ghee ajwain Hing sauf?? can we put it in Khichdi or moong daal And can we give ajawain or sauf water ???

A. dear Mum now you should add little amount of ghee to the food of the baby as the energy requirements are high hing ajwain saunf powder can be used give plain water few sips after and inbetween meals no need for saunf water
