Q.
My baby is 6 months old seems to have a sleep regression we have started with one meal a day and he sleeps from 10-1am perfectly and don’t sleep after that he keeps on crying , should we need to start two meals from now on ?

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes you can feed your baby three time semi solid food and also give baby dal soup khichadi daliya suji items and mashed potatoes apple and banana and also do feet massage before sleep as it helps in sound sleep.
