Q.

my baby is 6 months old. he makes good eye contact and looks at us. smiles laughs babbles etc. wenever called sees.. but when v hold him, he won't look at our eyes for long.. he looks down. rest all times he looks at us wenever talking to him. is this normal?

A. Hello all mom/dad, At what month your baby started eye contact? At what month your baby started social smile? At what month your baby started looking at sound direction? Please reply as that will help any future parents who are facing similar problem🙏

A. yes it's normal. my son is a very happy baby

A. hey, did it change later? my 3 month old does the same. gives eye contact when lying down but not when held

A. This is normal phenomenon and no treatment is required. But if you feel that sfomething is different you can get it examined by the doctor. Many times examination may be needed to give final diagnosis. d

Yes this is completely normal if your child is making such a good eye contact in general and that’s very good for you because kids do not make a proper eye contact at this age slowly gradually only they learn to do it but if your child is already doing it and that’s very well and good over the period give it some time it’s going to be better I’m sure
