no juices now
mashed fruits or purees only
If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well

Sonam GuptaMom of a 4 yr 2 m old child3 years agoA. I have faced a similar issue when I started with solids ..i was also giving the exact food that you are giving right now .... but didn't help at all ..the moment I started giving khichadi (liquid form)to my baby, she started passing soft motion.i would suggest to try once (start with only yellow moong daal and rice with haldi, Tomato as of now...do add ghee as well)...i strongly feel that it will help ...😊
