my baby is 5 months old and she had such rash on forehead..is it any chicken poxs or something

This is looking like a pimple that may have appeared because chickenpox spread on the entire body does not stick to one place so I am very certain it is not looking like that to me in the picture but further if you have a doubt about it kindly have an assessment with your paediatrician once
