my baby is 5 months 7 days old, his right eye is filled with water. Is this normal?

A. yes, it's mostly normal due to block tear ducts. Do massaging the tear duct area twice or thrice a day. Apply medium pressure with clean index finger to the part of your baby's eye closest to the nose and massage downward, toward the nose.
