my baby is 4months old she got severe diaper rash now what should I do now what is the remedy for it

You can apply NAPIGARD cream after every time the baby passes you didn’t motion and avoid using diapers until the rash goes away completely. It may take even one week for it to go. Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables to increase your milk supply
Maintain hygiene
