my baby is 45days old. how can I give DEY'S MILK OF MAGNESIA. for constipation. please tell me.

Dr Shradha shikhareMom of a 10 yr 4 m old boy6 years agoA. hello mom plz dont give any such products to baby at this age. atleast 6 months nothing else except brestmilk and top feed is recommended. constipation os very common in mewborns, it doesnt need medications at all
