My baby is 45 day old.We have used Johnson cream on her face for 2days after that she developed a (daane and white dhaaba) on her face .ek daana thik hota hai dusra aa jata hai .ye puree face pe ho gaya hai .what to do..please suggest?

A. Hello mom it’s very possibly be that the cream has not set right for her skin so avoid using it and instead it’s safe to use is coconut oil by then
