my baby is 4.5 months old he doesn't turn side to side still should I be concerned

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. doesn't not turn roll over babies will start to around 4-6months give tummy time to encourage massage baby well as massage strengthen bones and helps in reaching milestone in time
