Q.
My baby is 34 days old... she keeps on sucking on for my breastmilk for 45 mins or so still after feed she is not satisfied. is it okay if I introduce her to bottle feeding?? Also both my nipples are cracked. Is bottle feeding recommended?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. that means you are not producing enough breast milk. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

Yes You are short of the breast feed that you are providing to the child is not sufficient for your child then there is no harm introducing bottle feed to the child so yes you can definitely go ahead with that but before that you should definitely take an advice from a paediatrician
