Q.

My baby is 3 months old and I am taking lactare capsule to increase breasts milk supply. But I found increas in my weight . Is it because of lactare ??

A. hi mam my baby is 4 months old I also eat Lactare tablets as well as granules also but still my breast milk is not increase What can I do please suggest me

A. Hi, Instead of taking capsules please add some natural ingredients into your diet which will increase your milk and won't affect your weight Methi is one of them... Include fresh Methi sabji in your daily diet either lunch or dinner. Haliw khir is also effective include it in your breakfast. You can also take one teaspoon methidana powder with milk. It really works

A. pls take garlic saute in the ghee daily. also can book the garlic in the milk and drink. It is the natural tips to increase milk. Drink more water 4 litres a day and milk.

A. No I too taken the tab....it doesn't. check out your diet. feeding itself helps to shred few kgs

A. Lactare capsules are ayurvedic and has no side effects. Please check with ur gynaecologist for sudden increase in weight. Also for increase in milk supply u can take galact granules with milk.

A. Lactare granules also available. You can mix it with milk and take twice a day. It will help you. Include yam in your diet.Your Food intake only affect your body weight. Lactare doesn't affect. Don't worry about weight now, you must have good food in your lactation period. Your weight will decrease once you start running behind your kid. So don't worry. :)

A. I’m taking jeera powder mixed with milk yet I found decrease in milk supply so I started taking capsules .. but seems like I’m gaining eight rapidly .. my baby does not like to take formula milk and infact hates any kind of bottle feed . So is there any alternate to lactare
