my baby is 3 month old I want to ask u can I use trademeal for exercise

A. If you had a normal delivery and you physically feel fit then you can go for it but if you had a C-section volume up to wait for at least 8 to 9 months after your delivery once your internal external stitches heal after that only you can go ahead with anythingWrite Your Answer Here
