my baby is 3 month 19 days old and she is developing a white patch on skin.plz see the reference pic and help me with finding solution

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin itt needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturidsation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
