My son is 3 months old, he has developed white patch on leg, bum and neck area.

initially uneven goosebump like structure is there after 10-15 days it turns to white patch, please see the image with white patch on leg which is over a month old and newly developing roung goosebumps like skin on neck.

I moisturize him daily twice, please advise what is the cause and remidy for the same.

White spotts on the body and face could be some fungal infection or  some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is ajiggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
