Q.

My baby is 3.5 month old and from few days he is drooling..and after checking his gums i saw white dots like thing..i am confused that is it a canine tooth or some kind of infection?

A. hello mom plz show baby to pediatrician. it can b a fungal infection. as teething is very uncommon in so early stage.. plz keep oral gygiene well, clean the mouth and tongue daily with finger soft brush.
