my baby is 2monts old, i had normal delivery, my milk secretion is less. Please suggest how can I increase the breast milk.

take healthy diet, have dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday to improve milk supply
