Q.

I have had sufficient breast milk secretion in 1 month, but it has reduced a lot since I have been taking Richgauge tablets (to increase milk production). I had a lot of breast milk in my first delivery. What is the reason? Or what should I do to increase breast milk. I am very worried about that.please reply.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk. Thanks and take care
