#asktheexperts hi mam by baby is 3 1/2 months old.my breastmilk secretion is too low. what tablets can i take to increase my breast milk.

A. it's better to take lots of water and milk twice a day than medicines. also add leafy vegetables and grains in your food

A. good afternoon I would recommend that you should try to take Himalaya shatavari it should be taken along with milk twice in a day it will definitely help improve the milk production in the body
