My baby is 27 days old and at her face and chest small pimples and bumps are coming . What is solution

A. Atogla cream you can apply I think it could probably be associated with heat in the body or some kind of a rash maybe there so this cream you can apply 4 to 5 times in the day and will help in reducing the issue
