shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum those tiny white pimples are called milia which is very normal in the newborn babies because the skin is very sensitive and it will gone on its on within few days or maybe a month do not make over use of creams and oils this make sure to keep the skin hygiene
