You have to have an assistance with your doctor on that maybe it is due to some kind of an allergy into that area which is why the skin maybe becoming so dry currently I would just advise you to apply almond oil which would be very good otherwise if you’re interested in using cream you can apply Babyhug but please consult your doctor for sure
