My baby is 22 months old she is having cough cold and fever since three days I am giving calpol and macberry syrup but no improvement is there suggest some good remedies or some ideas what to do because of blocked nose she is not able to sleep I am giving her no block also

Stalky viral takes three to five days to recover so give calpol after every four to six hours interval and give steam to the child put nasoclear nasal drops and start giving one teaspoon honey mixed with two drops of ginger and two drops of tulsi and a pinch of black pepper twice a day for five days
