my baby is 20 month old but can't speak more words only two or three words she say.

A. baby is , 2 0 month Try to converse with your baby often reduce screen time encourage peer play if the problem perissts beyond 3 years of age kindly consult developmental pediatrician for proper examination and medication speech therapy may be required o k ay
