Q.

my baby complete 20 months still he don't speak words like maa papa is it speech delay symptoms but he is active n understand n speak only two three words

A. to improve speech -read different books to the child -talk to the child daily routine like the child understands you with regular eye contact -singing songs and rhymes -while talking repeat what your child says with right pronunciation and do not criticize thxe child -avoid screen time(tv mobile laptop). leave permit the child to watch the activities that allow to improve his language -take your chxild outside (open environment) and have a talk with the child regarding the things around the child -introduce new words gradually for proper understanding -speak about things child is interested in.

A. hello most of the kid will be able to speak sentences with two words or three words at the age to but can also be delayed in some kids and encourage your child give it more opportunity to speak which will improve the speech gradually and nothing to avoid about
