my baby is 2 yr old but he is very weak

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and it is treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. he is very weak.. add weight gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi dalia eggs banana dry fruit as cashew almonds in paste Or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount.. start with vitamin supplements as Zincovit Or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatric..
